Be Your Own Judge of the Mayor's Art Show

Saturday, July 30, 2005

Have you submitted art to the Mayor's Art Show before? Are you curious about how the show really works? Would you like a first glimpse of all the art entered to the Mayor's Art Show even before the judges see it?

If you would like to get a glimpse of all the art entered in the mayor's art show, all you have to do is sign up to be a volunteer. The average volunteer shift is 2 1/2 hours. Each volunteer date has several shift times available. The location for all of these volunteer events is the Jacob's Gallery located in the Hult Center.

Please note, to facilitate shift transistions, we ask that volunteers be able to arrive 15 minutes early for each of their assigned shifts so that the leaving shift volunteers can give you spot training on the specific tasks of your particular volunteer time.
